This SEOUL 1988 Eye Cream: Retinal Liposome 4% + Fermented Bean eye cream features a 4% Retinal Liposome complex (encapsulated retinal for enhanced delivery) paired with fermented bean extracts and a peptide blend to target visible signs of aging, such as fine lines, dark circles, and loss of elasticity. The rich but fast-absorbing texture delivers both treatment and comfort around the delicate eye area, helping to firm, brighten, and regenerate with minimal irritation.

How to use:

• After cleansing and toning, apply a small amount around the orbital bone using your ring finger.
• Gently pat until fully absorbed; avoid tugging the skin.

Tip: Use this product in the evening and follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen in the morning; if you’re new to retinal actives, start 2–3 times per week and increase frequency as tolerated.
