How to use:

• Start with clean, dry lashes.
• Use the thin brush to comb from the base of lashes upward in a zigzag motion to evenly coat lashes and achieve separation.
• For a more dramatic effect, apply a second coat or concentrate on outer lashes for a subtle “cat-eye” lift.
• To avoid clumping, let the first coat dry for a few seconds before applying a second coat.
