How to use:

• After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount of toner onto a cotton pad or directly into your hands.
• Gently pat onto the face and neck until fully absorbed.

Tip: For enhanced hydration, layer the toner in two to three thin applications or mix with a few drops of essence before patting it into the skin.
