Description:

The NEEDLY pH Balancing Toner offers lightweight yet intense hydration with a low pH of 5.5, designed to calm and brighten the skin. Infused with nourishing ingredients like grifolin (mushroom extract), panthenol, and niacinamide, it strengthens the skin's moisture barrier while improving firmness and radiance.

This dual-function toner also contains green tea, centella asiatica, rosemary, and heartleaf extracts to soothe and refresh, leaving the skin hydrated without stickiness. Free from alcohol, parabens, artificial colors, and fragrances, this gentle formula is suitable for all skin types.

How to use:

• Take a moderate amount in the palm of your hand and gently press it into the skin, avoiding the eye and mouth area, to absorb.
• You can also apply it to a cotton pad and gently sweep it along the skin's texture.
