The TOCOBO Collagen Brightening Eye Gel Cream is a refreshing anti-ageing brightening cream that is infused with lavender flower water, vegetable-derived collagen, and quartz jewel water to hydrate and illuminate the delicate eye area. Also contains retinol to brighten and lift the dull and fatigued eye area. It has a jelly-like texture that quickly absorbs into the skin.

How to use:

• Spread it gently around the eyes
